Abstract: | Information Technology becomes integrated into our daily business activities such as
accounting, finance operations management, marketing, human resource management, or
any other major business function. The total population was 381 and 195 samples are taken
from two departments and 16 selected branches. The two departments and branches were
selected purposively based on their performance level. The collected data was analyzed by
using SPSS Version 26. 0. Descriptive such as mean score and standard deviation was used
to find information about the present status of the phenomenon. Inferential analysis was
used to investigate the relationship between Information Technology and Service
Delivery.The components of Information Technology were Employees competency ,
hardware, network, software, and database. The overall information technology has high
impact on the banks’ Service delivery. IT training should be given to business professionals
and business training should be given to IT professionals. Since Technology is everchanging the management should give emphasis to Hardware, Network, Software and
Databases that can affects the future |
