dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted using a descriptive research design and a mixed-methods research approach, with both primary and secondary data were collected with a support of some qualitative data. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sample strategy, and the instrument used in this study was a structured questionnaire in order to assess the project effectiveness,challenges and differentiate different leadership style A total of 69 leaders and 30 employees received surveys. The study's findings elaborate that Transactional and Transformational Leadership Styles is used in the organization at different times, according to the study's findings. As per finding all the leadership styles are used at different time. The survey also identified the primary leadership issues faced by CARE Ethiopia, including a lack of shared understanding, a lack of team spirit, lack of appreciation of the importance of tasks, and a disparity in worker knowledge. According to the findings of the study, it is suggested that performance be improved by instilling in followers a clear understanding of the organization's vision, mission, encouraging others to participate in goal-setting for their respective work units, and assisting others with their future plans and enhancements.The researcher also recommended broader and longitudinal studies with different research design to deal with the matter in more detail.en_US
