dc.description.abstractThe study was focuses on examine assessment of recruitment and selection practice in the case of Dilla municipality. This study both primary and secondary data were used to identify the assessment of recruitment and selection practice. The questionnaire was dominate data collection tool for study. There was adapted by simple random sampling techniques that was drown from Dilla municipality employees. The major finding of the study were how to recruitment and selection practice takes place. When hired the organization to use properly fair recruit, good orientation and medical examination for new employees. Finally the researcher was put possible recommendation for his finding.en_US
