Abstract: The aim of this research is to assess success and failure factors in AAHDC. The most dominants issues that, leads AAHDC to success and failure were specified, based on the statistical packages output. In the process seeking solution raised under research question, précised and accurate research methodologies had followed. The methodologies that were deployed in order to address the purpose of the study. There were two types of data in this investigation; primary and secondary data. Primary data acquired the distribution of data by the form questions via questioners to target respondents. To select the targeted respondents from population, simple random sampling method were applied. And Solvin’s 1960 sampling design were used to determined number of respondents. The interview parts also included by approaching some interviewee in AAHDC. It enabled that from distributed questionaries to respondents and asked interviews answered the main research question of validity. The other important question provided to researcher was, the reliability of research. Test the value of reliability Cronbach’s alpha where used, and its value 0.983, the main findings which are factors for project success and failure such as manpower issue, accusation issues, planning issues, project management knowledge areas and planning practice where identified. SPSS 27.0 used to test the significancy of the variable which caused failure and success in AAHDC. Finally, the gained of the investigation were concluded based on statistical output. And recommendations were identified to, all whom issues concern, especially, for government of Ethiopia.
