dc.description.abstract | The effectiveness and success of an organization lies on the people who form and work within
the organization. Therefore, the employees in an organization to be able to perform their duties
and make meaningful contributions to the success of the organizational goals need to acquire
the relevant skills and knowledge.
After the training programs, an evaluation is carried out to ascertain the effectiveness of the
organization from the training in line with the need, which had been identified. The main focus
of this study is to Assessment training effectiveness the case of Alisho General Trading and
Transit Service.
In this Study the target population is all employees who have under gone on the job training in
the company from all departments which are Transit Operation, Finance, Human Resource and
different level management parts including other level employee.
The sample size for the study is 61 employees who were selected from the entire department and
distributed proportionately.
In the case of this study, the quantitative and qualitative methodology approach was employed to
match with the research objectives
This study recommend to the Company, Alisho General Trading and Transit Service Employees
should see training Practicing objectives, design, delivery methods, implementation and
evaluation as a continuous process for organization development and survival and also for
