dc.description.abstract | This research paper investigates the relationship between employee work motivation and factors affecting their motivation level, in addition the study was investigated what social work skill is missing among the Health extension workers and provide with strong recommendation that would help the policy makers, the agency and the health extension workers as well as for forthcoming researchers in the areas. It examines the main and common motivation theories and different approaches to motivate employees. Concerns found with the employee‘s motivation and performance and the relationship between them clearly defined in the literature review and lately have been discussed in the findings and discussions based on the data analysis done. To collect data, the total number of HWs in the district is 280. Out of them 140 HWs were selected randomly for investigation. Thus, the sample represented 50% of the total target population. Proportionate simple random sampling procedure was adopted to select the subject under study. | en_US |
