dc.description.abstractThis reseach is aimed at conducting a study to investigate the causes and consequences of high rate of employee turnover within Piko Juice Factory plc in Addis Ababa. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of employee turnover on organization performance in Piko Juice Factory plc. A quantitative approach was employed in this research and questionnaires were used to collect data from the respondents. The study used different research articles to develop a model which shows that high rate of employee turnover has an impact on the organization Productivity and also give a recommendation which helps the organization to reduce the high rate of turnover. The research findings indicated that employee turnover was caused by various factors such as poor salary packages, too much work load, work stress, lack of career advancement, lack of job rotation, work stress and unfair promotion subjective performance evaluation done by supervisor. The researcher recomends to improve working conditions within the organization, by create opportunities for career advancement in the organisation, involve employees in the decision making process, develop employee assistance programmes in the organization, appreciate employee’s input in the organization when they meet organisational goals, paying employees the fair going wage for their work.en_US
