dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to examine determinant factors that affect employee Engagement in EABSC. In today’s business environment, employee engagement has emerged as a critical driver that practically affects the employee morale, and productivity. Organizations use their engaged employees as a tool of strategic competence. For this study, the researcher used a blend of explanatory and descriptive approach, and described, and explained it using quantitative research methods. Information was gathered from a sample of 171 employees using questionnaire as a data-gathering tool using stratified sampling and simple random sampling techniques. In this study, the four determinants of employee engagement i.e. career development, pay and benefit, nature of the job and organizational culture was identified as the independent variable and employee engagement as a dependent variable. In addition, the study implied that there is a significant relation with one another among the variables. The Findings obtained through the use of descriptive analysis, correlation and multiple regression tests were applied for data analysis and concluded that there is positive relationship between the four dimensions of employee’s engagement (i.e. career development, pay and benefit, nature of the job and organizational culture) were important determinants of employee engagement. Finally, it is recommended that the management of the company be strongly advised to give appropriate pay and benefit to its employees.en_US
