dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job satisfaction on employees' performance: Case study of East Africa bottling Company. Method of this research is both descriptive-survey and explanatory is applied and in terms of time, it is cross-sectional. The statistical population of this study consisted of most employees of this company in, with a sample size of 92. The sampling method was simple random and stratified random sampling. Data collected using two standard questionnaires for job satisfaction and employee performance, which was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability coefficient of the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis was used to analyze the data, and SPSS software was used to investigate the model. Finally, the results showed that employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of East Africa bottling Company. The results of the study indicate that managers need to focus more on their employees. In fact, employees are the most costly to the organization, but can contribute to the growth and profitability of the company in terms of performance.en_US
