Abstract: Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority & Ethiopian Shipping and Logistic Service Enterprise, Modjo Dry Port is one of the branches of the dry ports striving to serve the process of imported and exported hoods. This research is focused in examining the quality of the system, which is trade facilitation towards giving a satisfactory service to importers. This study is incorporated by primary data collected by random sampling technique from both companies’ employees and importers, who used this branch. A sample of 191 employees and 61 importers were studied for this investigation. The study incorporated descriptive statistic to analyze the collected data from participants. And the result shows that the organization do not have sufficient capacity to serve large number of customers at ones and all the tools and equipments used to inspect the status of imported products are not updated and well organized. In addition, the difference in perception of simplicity of the organizations’ system has been observed. Employees think that the current is smooth and simple for customers, whereas the customers think that it is not and that they spend too much time to receive the service and leave the system with enthusiasm. The outcome of this study offers an opportunity for further study can investigate more about the satisfaction level of customer related to trade facilitation and dry port warehouse in future. Based on the findings it is recommended that the dry port services should use one window system, provide regular training to employees to improve the ability of the employee, harmonized each sub system, updating the infrastructure and inspection tools and also finally striving to upgrade the capacity of the organizations
