Abstract: | The target of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational culture on organizational performance in St. TB Specialized hospital. To do so the researcher used structured questioner to see existing organizational culture on the hospital performance, organizational culture was adopted from Anas(2009) and organizational performance was also adopted with some modification from hospital performance assessment tool which is developed by Ethiopia ministry of health to measure the performance of hospital throughout the country. The researcher took 196 sample of respondent in random sampling techniques .the data analysis part did in execution of different statistics technique inclusive of logistic regression analysis. As per the data analysis finding the researcher conclude that Correlation of all individual independent variables have strong positive relationship with the dependent variable but in crude or in aggregate only innovation and risk taking, people orientation and aggressiveness and attention to detail had significant relationship with the dependent variables. And also attention to detail is the only independent variable which fit in formulation of the model. The finding of descriptive analysis proof that majority of the respondent (above 80%) believes that the hospital organizational performance is met excellent, very good and enough good but only less than 20% of the total respondent thought that the hospital overall performance is met poorly and not met. To keep up and enhance the performance of the hospital the researcher recommended that the hospital has keep up the organizational performance and develop and implement different strategies to nurture and strengthen the culture of the hospital to be innovative and risk taking, out comes orientation, people orientation, aggressive, team orientation and stable& communicable. |
