Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employees’ job satisfaction at Dashen Bank S.C. accordingly, the objective of the study to examine the existing culture and identify the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. The research sample was composed of 270 professional, and other clerical staffs. The samples are drawn from the total population using Stratified Random sampling techniques for selection. Moreover, the data gathering tools for this research were Two standardized questionnaires, Consequently, the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), and the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as percentages, mean, frequency and standard Deviation, as well as, inferential statistics of Pearson product moment correlation were used. Finally, the study revealed that Hierarchical Culture was the Dominant culture of the bank (predictability and stability), Based on the results of a Pearson product-moment correlation, the researcher concluded that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational culture and Job Satisfaction. Employees’ level of job satisfaction was below average. Therefore, the leaders of Dashen Bank expected to work hard and make sure employees acquire the relevant organizational culture and expected to encourage and motivate employees extrinsically and intrinsically.
