Kaizen reduces waste in areas such as inventory, waiting times, transportation, worker motion, employee skills, over production, excess quality and in processes. Kaizen improves space utilization, product quality, use of capital, communications, as well as production capacity and employee retention. The objective of this research was to assess factors affecting the applicability of Kaizen in O Leather and London Shoe maker PLC. The basic questionnaire was formulated based on senses techniques.
